If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with us.
Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- “Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to – [Canbara Industries Pvt Ltd]
- “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- “Service” refers to the Website.
- “Website” refers to Mccoy India website, accessible from www.mccoyindia.in
- “You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
When can you cancel an order?
You can cancel an order only till the time the order is not shipped. Order cancellation will not be allowed after shipment of order.
Will a cancellation request have any implication on you?
There will be no cancellation charges or processing fees for the customer upon order cancellation.
When do you get a refund for the cancelled order?
If the payment was by Credit/ Debit Card, Net-Banking and Digital Wallets, we will refund the money in your respective payment account. Typically refunds are processed in between 7- 10 working days after order is marked as cancelled.
Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure refund into your account. We only control release of funds from our side, there is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.
What happens to the order post shipping?
Once order been shipped you have to call McCoy customer care helpline 1800 22 0276 or write to us @ firstname.lastname@example.org to request cancelation.
If a cancellation request comes up, we will try to hold the shipment but we cannot guarantee that the cancellation request will be honoured.
Product not working
In case the product is not working, you have to call McCoy customer care helpline 1800 22 0276 or write to us on email@example.com within 24 hours of the receipt of the product to register your complaint.
Conditions for Returns :
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
- The Goods can be returned in the following cases :
- Products with manufacturing defects. (Detailed information on manufacturing defects – product wise can be had from customer care team on email request).
- Products tagged by our customer care team.
- In case the product you receive is in damaged condition, you have to call McCoy customer care helpline 1800 22 0276 or write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of the receipt of the product to register your complaint. Our service team will examine the delivered product and if the product is beyond correction, we will collect the damaged product with all inbox accessory and you will be delivered a new product.
- The following Goods cannot be returned:
- Products not used as per the terms & conditions mentioned in the instruction manual.
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
